I can only say that vitamin E helped me to get pregnant. I do not know of any specific food or diet that would help.

Are you sure it was the vit E that helps you to get pregnant, selene? I'm not totally sure with the diet, how to get fertile. This is also one of my problem, guys. Anyone who know something about this? I observed also my cycle is not normal. |
