Sorry to sound stupid, but I was reading the thread http://www.womensforum.in/fertility-planning/486-fertility-sessions.html, was kind of confused, as to what are fertility sessions? Ive not expecting, just planning yet, so I'm unaware of anything to do with pregnancy as of yet. |

I don't think there's a session that will make you fertile. ![]() For sure 7 days after your last day of menstruation till on the 25th you are not safe! |

Oh so those are the days a girl should remember. I'm so not ready for this yet so I'm taking notes on this one. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I know almost nothing about the furtility process. Can someone please tell me why the seven days after a menstrual cycle are so important?

| I wish I could remember from health class, but I think the 7 days after your period are when you can get pregnant I could be wrong.. lol

My husband and i were trying for awhile to concieve so i'm a pro. You can get pregnant any day. The best days are 7-10 days after the first day your period starts. Fertilityfriend.com is a great site. You can learn a lot about your fertility and it guides you along.
