Default The first signs of pregnancy

Lots of women are not able to know and identify the first signs of pregnancy. Here is a look at some of the early symptoms.

One of the early signs of pregnancy is the sore breasts or nipples. This is often the first physical sign of pregnancy in most of the cases. In fact, some women can judge whether they are pregnant or not through this sign only.

The reason behind the breasts or nipples turning sore or swollen is that the breasts are undergoing changes to prepare for breastfeeding. The reason for this is the increased level of the hormones estrogen and progesterone in the body. As a result the breasts or nipples often turn painful at the time of first pregnancy.

Another common sign is the woman missing her period. Most of the women miss their periods when they get pregnant. Unexplained headaches that occur on regular intervals are also a sign of pregnancy. Such headaches are actually intense and caused due to the increased hormone levels.

Mood swings are also a common sign. These are atypical mood swings that are very normal during pregnancy. Usually the woman get very emotional during pregnancy, they can even burst into tears for absolutely no reasons. Even the pregnant woman may not know the reason. This also happens due to the increased hormone levels.

If the woman feels faint, weak or dizzy without any apparent reason, it could be an early sign of pregnancy. This is usually caused due to the dilation of the blood vessels in the circulatory system. These faint, weak or dizzy feelings can also be triggered due to the things like low blood sugar.

These signs are easy to spot but they have to be confirmed through medical tests this is the only way the pregnancy can be confirmed.

This post is in fact most helpful! Many women should learn from this to avoid unnecessary problems regarding wrong notions as to whats happening to them. And at the same time, educate themselves on matters uch as this one.

I had spotting during the time that I must have my menstruation. We were expecting that time that's why I was not very alarmed to have the spotting. I already did my research.

On my two I found I craved a certain food just for the first few weeks and I had real sore boobs and a strange feeling in my tummy. Have to say it's a great feeling and I always miss it when I'm not pregnant.
