If you are planning to have a baby it is advised that first you should take total care of your health. You can visit a doctor you would your thorough check and advise you on your health if in case any care has to be taken before stepping ahead with getting pregnant. Make sure that there are no weight fluctuations that you face. Keeping your weight constant is very important. If a family illness exists then get a check up done. It is not only you but your husband also needs to get the check up done. If both the parents are healthy only then can they look forward to have a healthy baby.

When you plan for pregnancy, there should be atleast 6months- 1yr of difference between pregnancies, otherwise, the mother would become weak & sometimes sick also. All the mothers should know this, why because in todays life there is no proper nutritious diet, and the mother should be normalised perfectly after each delivery.

I agree Bhavana its good to go to the doctor before planning, as you can have all health checkups done, before you begin to plan in case of any problems, and also any suitable medication can be given.
