I hv the prob of irregular periods(PCO) and am tring for pregnancy. My doc has given me 2 hCG injections after i hv got my period and she asked me to have intercourse on 13, 14 and 15th day. After a scan on the 15th day, i was told that the egg has already bursted. Its been 21 days since she told me that the egg has bursted and i didnt see my periods till now. Is there a possibility of missing my period again (or) can i presume that it would definitely result in periods/pregnancy this time?

With a problem like PCO its difficult to tell whether you have a missed a period or its pregnancy. It was the same case with me, to my surprise what I thought was an over delayed period turned out to be a pregnancy. But in some cases when I thought I would be pregnant it was an over delayed period.

Its best to maybe wait or even to a pregnancy test.
