Default Sleeping in a Bra

At night before you go to sleep, do you take your bra off or is it comfortable enough for you to keep it on to sleep in?

I probably could sleep in it, but I'd rather not. The only time I sleep in it is if I fall asleep somewhere or if I'm at like a sleepover or something.

Usually, only when I take a nap during the day. I have comfortable bras that I could leave on for the night, but I don't think it is good to be wearing one all the time. Our body needs to rest at night.

My friends used to tell me to remove bra during night time, to avoid having breast cancer. I'm really not comfortable sleeping without it.

The only time that I sleep in mine is if I'm too sleepy or too lazy to take mine off. That doesn't happen a lot, but there are times that I'm just too tired. I'll forget that I'm wearing it, too.

The only time I sleep wearing a bra is when am having my period simply because my breasts are fairly big (32E) and become swollen, sore and very tender.

At all other times I remove my bra at night to enjoy the feeling of freedom!!

I really do wish that I could go bra-less more often, but sadly that is an impossibility.

I wish I could go bra-less myself, but I won't. When I do, I have to make sure that no one will see me. (This only happens when I go to sleep at night.) I'm embarrassed that someone will see me.

I hate wearing clothes at night.. it's not good for you. Your body needs to air out and get a break from everything. It's true.
