Default how to floss your teeth clean?

tear off about 10 to 12 cm of dental floss and wrap it around your middle or forefinger of each hand.,. gently work it back and fort between two teeth till it slides past the tight spot. be careful not to be too rough or your may slice your gum. Next, wrap the floss around your tooth and scrape it up and down. this removes stubborn plaque and polishes the surface. repeat the process on each tooth till they are well and truly flossed. rinse your mouth you could brush your teeth before or after flossing, it does not matter. some people prefer flossing first and then brushing the loose ends away.
finally, make it a point to visit your dentist at least once in six months and get your teeth cleaned professionally to keep the tartar (plaque build-up) from accumulating.

It's possible that one of the easiest and most economical ways to protect your heart health is with floss and a toothbrush.

I know that I should do it more often, but flossing is so irritating! I have a hard time forcing the string between my teeth because the spaces are too tight. Once I finally get the floss between my teeth, it gets stuck. Do they make thinner floss?

Nice tip! That is also what I am doing when flossing. Floss everyday to prevent gingivitis and to reduce bad breath.

I know what you mean Hirami. There are a few of my teeth that really give me trouble. The floss doesn't wanna fit in between and then it's uncomfortable to move around. I know I don't floss enough. Do you guys agree that most people probably don't floss their teeth regularly? I think it's one of those things that is forgotten. I think more parents should teach their kids to floss young. Not sure what is a safe age to begin though
