Default Dry patches

Can anyone suggest to me a good product that is good for dry patches on the face. I have tried using a moisturiser for dry skin but it made the others areas that are ok greasy and didn't clear up the dry patches at all, instead it made them red and blotchy looking. All ideas welcomed.

Right now my daughter is having some kind of reaction on her face. It started out red and now there are white spots. I took her to the doctor and they suggested a dermatologist. Some kind of dry skin and reaction to the sun.

We go next Tuesday- I will let you know what they say.

Default Dry patches

hi,

our skin needs water just like the rest of our body.drink plenty of it to help hydrate the skin. minimize our intake of coffee, tea and all,as these are diuretic and actually aids in dehydrating us.

Sometimes even moisturizers will not work, as dry patches needs to be removed by some kind of scrub. When you apply moisturizer it will moisturize your face but you will be able to feel the dry patch. I would recommend you using oats as a scrub for your face. Get some oats, put some honey in it along with some water which should form a paste. Use this a scrub on your face and it will help in removing your dried patches as well as moisturizing your face.

Here skin maybe very sensitive therefore reacts to the sun! Make sure she always applies sun screen to her face, arms, neck and any visible parts of the body. Make sure she stays in the shade and keeps herself hydrated all the time. Do give an update on what the dermatologist says.

the best way to get rid of dry patches is never use soap to wash your face but use moisturizing cream or just plain water(soft water) after that apply a cream called oil of clay.

Drink lots of water and use facewash which is mild one dont not wash you face more than twice in a day..coz it wil take away all the oil on the face and it will leave you with dry patches and skin and eat fresh fruits and vegetables..trust me start drinking plenty of water...it wil surely help u out..

Just have some milk bath hehe. I just saw some ad about that. =)) Avoid direct sunlight because it makes skin really dry and dull.
