Take some saffron or turmeric powder and put some water onto it. Make it into paste and apply it onto face. Leave it on for half an hour or so. It may help the pigmentation. Before going out under the sun, it is important to use moisturisers with the relevant SPF. Use an umbrella and try avoiding the sun when it is the hottest(saya round 11am-3pm) |

i think regular application of turmeric powder coupled with washing face with milk will help you in great way.And if things does not get better, i would suggest you to visit a dermatologist.

One main cause is skin over exposure of skin to sunlight. Try to use sunscreen lotion whenever going out. Better consult to skin doctor and get ideas to overcome pigmentation.

you should protect your skin from excessive exposure to sunlight. the most important and effective measure is to cover as much skin as you can with your clothes. wear long sleeved clothes to cover your arms, and wear a hat or a cap to protect your facethis is the best protection, as it limits the amount of sunlight that is reaching your skin to begin with. besides this, applying sunscreen will provide added protection, especially for your face. Remember that sunscreen must be applied at least half an hour before you go outdoors, and needs to be reapplied after an hour or so if you are continuously outdoors, particularly if you are sweating.

You can use whitening products on your face and focus on the spots so your skin will eventually even out. Most important of all, wear suncreen all the time so as to prevent future pigmentation. |

Sunlight is the first enemy for pigmentation. Try to use sunscreen lotion daily. It is ever better to use every 3-4 hours to protect from Ultra violet rays. Get opinion from the dermatologist.
