Default Facial Exercises

I try to do facial exercises every day. It takes very little effort and it does feel good. The exercises I use are as follows.

Using the vowels (A,E,I,O,U):

Say out loud each vowel, but exaggerate your face as you say them. Open your mouth wide as you speak them out, stretch your face. Do it while looking into the mirror.

Repeat them 10 times, and you face exercises are done for the day!

While I am sure facial exercises feel good, you need to be careful.

It is repeated movement of facial muscles that causes lines and wrinkles!

Right on! Make sure whle you exxagerate you dont make silly faces in the process. As those are what initiate premature lines on the face.

I'm a firm believer in facial exercises. I'm 58 years old and people often mistake me for my daughter who's 37. No kidding. I think this may partially be due to their poor vision . Nevertheless, the face has muscles just like the other parts of our bodies and these need to be exercised too if you want to keep them in the best form possible. Sure beats botox and cosmetic surgery, in my book.

Smile Facial exercise

The best way to exercise your face is to talk a lot and laugh a lot. These two methods greatly move the muscles around your face. The (A,E,I,O,U) method is good if you don't have something to laugh into.

Talking and laughing is the best facial exercise. You can also do apply papaya paste or carrot paste on your face and gently massage which will increase blood circulation on your face.

Yeah laughter is the best medicine. You can avoid being stressed at the same time reducing wrinkles. It's like hitting 2 birds with one stone.

Its good and funny way to do exercise and speaking out the letters a, e , i , o , u? they are the vowels, and vowels are the characters which helps in producing sound for any word, so they carry different sounds.. but how is that helpful in exercise to face? will it reduce wrinkles?
