From what you have mentioned I can only say that your stress is taking a toll on your skin and general health.

I know it is easier said then done but try some relaxation tecniques and drink lots of water. Excercise will do wonders especially high intensity aerobic routines which make you sweat a lot.

Just though I would let you know that if you have recently started smoking then thats what is causing it as it shrinks small blood vessels that supply blood to the skin.

I agree with Sara. Stress can do a lot of things to our body. It can cause premature graying of the hair, darkness under the eyes (usually when you're stressed, you don't sleep as much), more acne, etc. I'm not sure if your skin is the same as mine, but when I go through periods of stress, my skin looks terrible, I look tired, and then once I calm down a bit more, my skin looks a lot better. Maybe you could try doing more things to distract yourself from whatever it is that's stressing you out. For me, reading, writing, singing, dancing, going to movies or the mall, and being around my dog help me a lot.

Hope that helps!

I have seen quite a few cases like this . Though it is not very common to have gery hair early , excess stress and genetic problems can be reasons for early greying of hair.

Stress can take a mental toll on your life and it also can manifest itself in physical ways. Too much stress can lead to real physical health problems that do not necessarily heal once the stress is removed. I would visit a physician who can evaluate your overall health.
