Photophobia is nothing but feeling difficult to face the sunlight. It is a symptom of sensitivity to lights. They may wear sunglasses to protect from over exposure to sunlight.

Use eyeglasses with UV protection. This will help to lessen the light that goes to your eyes. Over sensitivity to lights will result to eye strain. Avoid going out when the sun is up and shining. If you cannot avoid it, then wear shades wiht UV protection and darker shades.

Thumbs up

Photo phobia is an abnormal or irrational fear of light. But before using any method the best thing you can do is find out the underlying cause of your photo-phobia! Only eye-care professional can determine what will be best for you. Trying anything over-the-counter may make the situation worse, if you do not know the side effects.
