When ever we go out try to wear sun glasses. This helps to protect our eyes from direct exposure to sunlight. Also try to take healthy foods rich in vitamin A.

yes its always important stay protected when put in the sun so use nice glasses...which would protect the eyes and also make sure you give the proper foor which is rich in A vitamin

Wearing sunglasses is the best way to protect our precious eye from sunlight. Because Exposure to UV will also create dark circles aroud the eyes.

Yeah too much exposure on the sun is not good to the eyes. Especially when you look directly to sunlight it makes my vision really dark.

While driving wearing a sun glass it protect your eyes from dusty particles and ultraviolet ray. Do not strain your eyes for long time. Do i exercise regularly it keeps your eye healthy and sharper.
