I use eye drops, I use ones called Murine for tired eyes, it brighten your eyes while relieving the tiredness. I also find that if your eyes are hurting while using the computer to look away and focus on something else in the room and blink hard about three times.

I go to sleep! It's the best thing for me when my eyes are tired. If I continued having eye pain after this I would take a trip to the ophthalmologist.

I have been having the similiar problem lately as well. i think that it is due to eye strain caused by computer usage. The best thing to do would be to take care of your eyes(posted in another thread about eye care and computer usage).

take frequent breaks from the computer. Take a pencil and hold
it at arms lenght and see the tip and a far off target alternately
for a few times.

Hey, farce, what onion juice are you talking about and how is it used for the eyes?

Simply i will give rest to my eyes with good sleep. Sometimes if more pain i will consult a doctor and use eye drops for better recovery.

Consult a doctor for your eyes. Yeyes are very sensitive and will result to serious problems if neglected. Have a professional advise and medication.

Painful eyes need all the rest they can get. Lie down for sometime and give your eyes and your body as well a few minutes rest.

probably that's just an eye strain...
anyway, what i do is i take a pain reliever usually mefenamic acid and then i rest my eyes. i usually just sleep so that when i wake up i'd feel better.

A lot of people use eyedrops, because I noticed when I was working at Comcast and was staring at the computer all day, they were dry as well. Also, you could darken your computer screen, that way it's not such a shock for your eyes. This has helped me a lot, plus saves your battery life if you're using a laptop

What do you mean by eye pain? Is it due to stress or something else? If stress is the reason then, it would be better to close your eyes and take a rest. If it is something serious, I suggest you consult an eye specialist.

Don't use any eye bright pills or eye drops for your eye pain if it happens due to stress or strain from the computer. Just try to switch off and go out of cabin watch some pleasant sceneries and come back.

Keep your monitor in less brightness and use filters..
