Liquid eye liner is best as far as i know, it gives a good appearance, just take the liquid close your eye and apply it gently from inner side to outer with out shaking your hand, you will get nice line to your eye, don,t open the eye or wipe the eye until it is dried.

Well for starters you need to practice using a pencil eyeliner first. Liquid seems to be quite difficult to handle once you're not used to it. Oh well practice makes perfect.

I like the liquid eyeliner a lot better. I use a type that is comparable to a marker.. so it's not the runny liquid. I'm not sure exactly what to call it lol. I hold my bottom lid down when I apply it. It's going to tickle pretty bad for the first few times, but you'll soon get used to it. I do it right above my lashes, and then a little bit lower so I get some on the base of the lashes as well.

As far as applying to the top of my eyelid:
I raise my eyebrows, and pull the skin to the outer side of my face, that way I can make a straight line. It's really up to you. Some people don't use any on their lids, but I like it there.. it really adds a lot to my eyes.

Have fun with it, and I'm sure you'll come up with a way of doing it that works best for you

For beginners, you need to start from pencil, it is much easier to apply. After you mastered the pencil, you can proceed with the liquid one. Have a nice experiment.

I'm sure you can do it. Practice makes perfect. I thought I'd never be able to do it, but now I can in like 60 seconds.. it's easier every time I do it You'll find, it tickles at first. It was soooo weird feeling for me!
