I finally did it! I got my eyebrows waxed! Of course not all of them, but I got them done. I've been such a chicken for a long time and I did it! I'm so excited. It didn't even hurt that much. Just like ripping a band-aid off.

Does everyone else get their brows waxed?

I tweeze my eyebrows as I don't have thick eyebrows to begin with. I am glad you enjoyed it though, because if you did it once, you sure will have to go back and have it done again

I get mine waxed about every 5 weeks. It is painful, but a good pain. I love the way they look right after I get them done. The one thing I have to remember is to have them done in the evening so I don't have to go out right after. Mine get so red and stay that way for a long time.

Yes, I get mine waxed every few months and in between, I try to pluck them to keep them nice and shapely. I have very thick, large eyebrows, so it is a must-do thing for me.

Which is the less painful method, waxing or plucking? I feel like I have too much going on with my face already since it's oily, and acne is a big problem for me, I have not bothered with my eyebrows.

No, I don't think I could ever have mine waxed. I pluck my own, that way I know when the pain is coming.

I would like to try the threading method though, has anyone else had that done?

I guess if you think about it, plucking can be a very long process. Can you imagine it, plucking them all one at a time, experiencing that same pain over and over until you're finished?
