Default dark circles

now a days, the sleeping habbits of people are disturbed due to which there is a great tendency of developing dark circles. these can be avoided by applying sliced cucumber or potato on the eyes for 5-7 minutes so that the blood circulation increases and try to have a sleep of minimum 6 hours and maximum 8 hours preferably from 11:00 pm-3:00am which is called "Beauty Sleep".

Oh i remember my days of dark circles during exam times, it was horrible, hardly no sleep, poor amount of food and hard work. But during the end of my exams i was a bit relaxed, and used the cucumber slices technique to get rid of my dark circles, and also made sure i slept at least 6 hours, if not the whole 8!

But i strongly recommend that if you are in a busy lifestyle or bust time in your life, don't neglect yourself, have proper food and defiantly use cucumber slices, they do wonders for dark circles!

I have a few remedies of my own , other than good sleep that is.
You can use concealer to hide the dark circles.
Also dark circles can be caused by de hydration so drinking more water would also help.
Keeping damp cold tea bags on eyes for 10 minutes can also help a great deal.

Any recommendations that can be used by a guy? I have a relative who'se got dark circles, he's had them for years, and it is not because of lack of sleep or poor nutrition; we don't know what causes them. Since he's a guy, it would be hard to talk him into trying cucumber slices or tea bags.

with cucumber slices on his eyes. I am a guy and I have had
cucumber slices on my eyes, at home of course.

A cucumber would help of course! For me there's nothing wrong with my sleeping pattern though you sleep for 8 hours but don't feel rested still not good. I take naps just for 2 hours and yeah it did make me feel rested.

I agree that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and I will suggest it, but, knowing that fellow, I am 99% certain he will not do it - or will not do it consistently. Maybe once, and that's it.

Cucumber and potato are the best natural way to get rid of dark circles. You can slice or make a paste of cucumber or potato and apply on your eyes. Continuously apply for at least one month to get the best result.

dark circles are the second most common dermatological complaints.Dark circles are not caused by stress, all night work or partying sessions or fatigue. Depression is also one of the reason for dark circle.

Hmm I thought stress could also be a reason for dark circles. Staying up late at night is also a source of dark circles. There are some creams you can use to remove it.
