Does it work for any kind of dark circles? Because I am aware of at least two types: one, the skin under the eyes gets dark; two, the skin is just too thin, so the blood vessels show, and in that case the person gets blue-ish dark circles. Would the cream help against both?

Good for you. I know someone who has the same problem. She used garnier eye roll on and I think it's working for her. It just takes time and patience.
