I know when i used to do exercise i used to get fed up, and i needed some kind of motivation. But you yourself can be the best motivation, you need to give yourself a week and if you do regular exercise you will see a difference in weight, this will further motivate you. Other motivation techniques can include making your exercise exciting, doing it with a friend or partner, setting yourself goals and pampering yourself when you reach that goal. What do you have to keep yourself motivated? |

If I don't exercise for a certain amount of time, I start feeling out of shape and stiff. My motivation is to remind myself how good I feel after I exercise. That'll usually inspire me to get off my blessed assurance and on my feet.

I tell myself that I can stay fit and healthy by doing exercises. It is important to schedule your exercise and stick to the schedule. Doing so will create some pattern in your mind, so that you can effortlessly practice your exercise when the scheduled time comes.

I always make sure that I'm motivated to lose weight and physically fit. exercise does not only makes me feel good but it also removes stress and over fatigue. My secret of staying motivated is my strong determination to lose weight. My friends always invited me to workout every morning. In that way, I always feel excited to do my daily routine.

I do truly believe that exercise relieves stress and is so good for your healt. And I have learned to love it. But one of the many problems I have with motivation is I lose it when I get overly stressed. I know that sounds crazy but sometimes I just can't make myself do it.

Yeah, it really does get hard to do it on a daily basis, but if it's a habit that you never break, then exercising regularly becomes easier, even on the days when you don't feel like it. It helps to make exercise a necessity for example if riding your bike was your only means of transportation, then you'd get exercise whether you wanted to or not because you can't get anywhere without getting on your bike.

I think health is the primary reason why I exercise. I exercise with my kids so I really enjoy this activity. I consider it as our family bonding and it keeps me motivated. If you don't have weight problems, would you still be motivated to exercise?

| The only way that I can keep motivated is to work out with someone else. If it's something fun like swimming or playing the Wii, then I can do it alone, but overall I'd prefer to have someone to goof around with and make it feel less like exercise |

I think at this point I'm addicted to it... I workout almost everyday... sometimes Ill take a night off if I'm really tired or have sore muscles... but I go at lunch time for a fitness class, then after work for a fitness class and some cardio.... the weekends I just do my own thing... It does get addictive tho! |
