Default How often do you exercise?

I don't exercise a lot. My brother told that one should exercise daily. Do you think it would be fine to exercise daily when you are working? How about you? How often do you exercise?

I never used to exercise, but you just need to get into the hang of it and into the routine and then its easy and becomes a part of your everyday life.

Today i now exercise everyday, and i feel so good once i have done exercise. If i don't complete my exercise i feel very unsatisfied.

I try to do exercises twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. It's yoga, not a heavy workout, so I can do it comfortable. It takes only half an hour to one hour to complete.

I really exercise a lot because I know it's for my own good. Every morning, I spend 30 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of jogging around the park. If the weather is not good, I exercise inside the house like scrubbing the floor and dancing hip hop. As long as I sweat, it's a good form of exercise for me.

I know I need to do regular exercise, but sometimes, I get too busy or too lazy to do it. I should have more will power and try harder. LOL.

I made it so that I have to exercise . I purposely did not hook up the net at my house so I had to go out and do my work at a coffee shop or some where else and I go every day even on Sundays . That is one way to make sure that I get my exercise .

Exercise should be done daily. But if you are working and don't have time to go to the gym, you can simply do exercise at home or by walking going to work. Simple breast walking will help you increase your stamina. Instead of taking a cab or riding a Bus, try walking.

I'm a little bit ashamed to admit that I don't exercise a whole lot. I was more active before I moved, but now I haven't been doing anything.

Have you tried to get someone to go with you ..maybe make it a girls time and after you walk. Walk to a coffee shop and relax and then walk back as a suggestion.

I admit I had stopped excersing until a couple of months ago. It was kind of hard getting back into it, but I feel way better overall. Try getting a cheap exercising dvd. I just get different workout dvds from the library every other week and rotate them. Now I do them about 3 times a week for about 30- 60min.

I don't exercise a lot. I am quite busy with my work and I would prefer to sleep than do other activities. I did it before with my friend and its quite enjoying. What kind of exercises would you suggest for busy persons like me?

Masara ,
It is great to work out but when you move in to somewhere it is hard to get back in to the groove of things but do not rush it .

Before, I exercise 2 hours a day. I usually run around the park. But now, the household chore is my exercise. I do this always. My friend take slimming pills after exercising. Do you think it's advisable?

Not at all actually. I may run around the house a bit with my dog. The sad thing is, I was very athletic in school, but now since I'm not playing sports I have gotten lazy and slacked off.

Sadly, pretty much never lol. I always say 'I'm gunna do this' or 'I'm gunna do that', but ya. I'm always trying to find ways that I can work out without feeling like I am. I found a few things:

walking my dog
swimming
playing Wii (tennis is my fav) It is a LOT of fun!!!

Did you know that technically the Wii is an exercise program by some doctors standards ...

I don't exercise anymore.

I have to start exercising tomorrow. I need to lose a couple of pounds since I'll be attending a wedding this October.

I get about twenty minutes of exercise a day for six days a week. I think I could stand to do a little bit more. Most of my exercise is just walking back and forth to places.

Dont think as compulsory to do exersice.Do excersice with happy mood like hearing songs, dancing also good excersice. We can do excersice on our daily activities like walking on stair cases to first and second floors, doing some of our works by ourself.Yoga is also a one of the best excersice.

Lately, I have been exercising every day, sometimes twice a day. I am actually looking forward to winter as it is much easier for me to exercise outside in the cold. The warm weather really gets me down and feel drained.

See now I am just the opposite . I cant be in the cold . I have to be in the heat to work out and exercise other wise I am in a lot of pain .
I wish I could work out in the cold but I also found that I am going to have to again soon because of the cold and my legs
