I don't exercise like going to the gym or doing bending every morning. I think my everyday routine is a little help, everyday I go up and down to our 15-steps stairs.

I would have to say that you do not have to go to the gym to get the exercise that you need . There are alot of people that just do small things every day that make up the exercise program

Thumbs up

You can start doing exercise for 20-30 minutes. As you are a beginner so start with light exercises. just get your body used to. Initially you may feeling some pain in your muscles. you can do exercise 3 or 4 times in a week. It's OK. Later when you are used to you can do it for 30-35 minutes. It's good enough if you do exercise thrice in a week. Be aware don't eat junk food while doing exercise.

It is always good to exercise at regular timings.. doing exercise every day at a specified time, makes you feel less tired when compared to doing random time exercises. i exercise every day morning 6 to 7 and evening 7to 7.30

I am horrible about exercising! I should exercise daily also, but don't. Once you get into an exercise routine, it comes easier to do every day.

Yes, you should exercise every day to stay in shape.

Hi
Try getting a cheap exercising dvd. I just get different workout dvds from the library every other week and rotate them.

According to fitness experts, at least two exercise sessions a week would be enough to maintain one's optimum health. I've been trying to follow the advice as faithfully as I can. And know what, it works well for me!

I rarely exercise but I do walk a lot and so far I don't have problems with my weight. I believe exercise only works if you do it consistently like 3 times a week not once in a blue moon lol!
