Default Curves Excercise and Eating Right

There are a lot of programs out there that say that they can promise weight loss , by boosting your metabolism. But what they do not tell you is the amount of money that you will be spending to get that result and then you find out that a few months later after you lose the weight you are back to the same thing. I have found that there is a way that you can lose the weight and not starve yourself, and have fun while you are doing it

You see when I was pregnant with my 1st daughter I gain so much weight and so my mother and I tried several diets . And to no avail none of them worked. Until one day a friend of mine told me about Curves , when I went in I was extremely skeptical . I thought it was like any other program out there . But with in 2 month I lost 24 pounds and my mother lost 20 . And all that I had to do was go to Curves 3 times a week and they had a book that all the ladies there swore by . So I figured Why not . I did the book with the exercise and ever since then my weight loss is incredible and I am not starving my self infact I am always comfortably full .

What I want to know is , is there anyone that is out there that has tried other things and what was their outcome . I am curious to see the outcome .

Your absolutely right, kfuentes. For me, eating a right diet at the right time is very important. I am very much conscious with my diet. Sometimes I am afraid of getting bigger. How about you?

I tried the Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone after my two daughters. My first pregnancy I went up to 180 lbs and really hated myself but six months after the birth, I went down to 145, which was still too big for me. My second pregnancy wasn't as bad, I went up to 165 lbs and lost 30 lbs four months after giving birth with the same exercise program. Now I weigh 135 lbs and my daughters are 8 and 9.

I wish thatI was able to be slim but since I had my last son it has been hard to take the weight off . Is that because my metabolism is slowing down?
