Default Eat Raisins and then walk

I was just reading an interesting article about the effects of eating raisins and then walking every day. It was found that those who ate raisins daily lost more weight with walking than those who didn't eat raisins.

Weird, huh?

Really I hate, hate hate raisins It seems there are alot of mad things telling people if they do it they will loose weight, I wonder if anyone wants to try this one and let us know the results ?

Really, I eat "Rum Raisin" daily but i don't find any difference

how exactly do raisins help in losing more weight than not eating them and walking?

maybe it was the weight of the raisins they lost.

let me explain.

I am 100 pounds and I eat 1 pound of raisins. (I am 101 pounds now)
You are 100 pounds and don't eat raising.
We both walk for a long time. and get weighed in a week.

We lose 1 pound each because of the exercise.
but I have lost two pounds (101 -> 99)
and you have lost only one pound.(100 -> 99)

Hope this makes sense. It's all very scientific.
I can create a mathematical model with equations etc.

Antk-- I wonder why you would lose more weight if you ate raisins first before walking? And no that makes no sense to me about your mathematical equation. I'm an accountant and I know math. I'm sure it isn't because you eat more so you lose more. The same would go for any type of food then.

Do you have a link to the article you read about eating raisins? I would love to read it.

I don't like raisins too, but i do walk most of the time and i don't have problems really with my weight now because i manage to keep it in normal.

Really? I enjoy eating raisins but I could only ate it once in a blue moon. This is my first time to encounter it. Well, this could be a good news to some. Who do you think conducted a research about this?

Is it? good. Some fatty people have good solution i think. They can eat raisins and go for walk if they became serious to loose weight.

Drinking 2 glasses of warm water before walking or ny exercises also helps in loosing weight, as the warm water wity empty stomach will burn the fats of our body, and exercises also does the same, so there will be more loss of weight.

Wow, that sounds great! I just love raisins and walking - sounds like a great combination for me. However, I don't quite understand what exactly raisins do to help you lose weight.

It's not that one eat raisins and then walk lose more weight. Raisin have lots of benefits which helps one to lose weight. Raisin are cholesterol-free, high in fiber and totally fat-free. Apart from that, they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. Raisins are the best source of energy.

You can walk and can eat raisin anytime in a day. There are lots of health and nutrition benefits of eating raisins.
