Default Pauses during the working day

Everybody knows that it is very useful to make pauses while working. It increases a lot the productivity of the work and it helps to be in a perfect physical form. How often do you make pauses during your working day?

Sometimes, I don't pause at all. I need to build a schedule for myself probably. It's just hard, because I don't have set breaks or anything. I think I should maybe write out a schedule for myself each day. My bf gave me that idea and I thought it was awesome

My workload has considerably increased now that my daughter is born, so I don't pause until I crash. Thankfully, I have my mom and my husband to help me out, so when I just have to get some sleep they take over.
