Default Brisk or Leisure Walking

Whether youd do brisk walking or merely leisure walking as an exercise, it would promote good health for you. While brisk walking would serve to make you really sweat and unload tons of toxins, leisure walking especially on early mornings or late afternoons or early evenings would tend to ease all negative emotions away. Either way, youve helped yourself! What do you go for?

I do both, and I love both. Brisk walking is a great form of exercise, just as you have said, and leisure walking relaxes and helps me to feel better emotionally. It burns some calories as well, although not so intensively as brisk walking.

I also do both. Usually it is more leasure because my dog controls our pace and she likes to stop and sniff everywhere! I walk up hill and even though it seems like a leasurly walk, I certainly can feel it!

I go for both but only in the morning though.

I love walking right under the sun whenever its not that hot.

Its also helpful you know since the light of the sun i also a vitamin to our body.

I do both as well. I always start out slow to warm-up. Then I speed walk (brisk) and then slow down and then speed up and then slow down. Interval exercise is the best for losing weight.

There are times when I just go out for a leisurely stroll too.

Either way around, i enjoyed both of it as a form of exercise. I usually go for a walk everyday with my friends and its healthy because we make fine friends with others too.

It also depends on whether I am pressed for time or whether I can afford to spend 1+ hour just enjoying a slow peaceful walk. When I need to get home sooner, I walk fast (always amazing my husband - "You are back already??").

My friend and I, usually have a brisk walking in going home from the office. For us, it is one way of burning our fats. This could also one way of exercise. Aside from this benefit that we get it could also helped to saved money for fare. Am I right?

If I'm going to do any walking at all, I try to make it brisk so that I get the added benefit of burning off more calories. If I want to relax, I can think of better ways to do it aside from walking.

Well, I prefer with brisk walking. Because when we do this, we actually burned down our calories. And it's really effective. Do you agree?

I always do brisk walking for half-an-hour daily. IT will be good to loose weight. But some fatty person find it difficulty to go for brisk walking.
