Default Want to Stay fit

Hello friends, I am in my 30's and a mother of one. I would like to look good and stay fit now. Can anyone suggest me on how do I go with regular exercise and diets to ensure that I am towards reaching my goal for fitness.

Well, to start out, cuz I know how hard it is for me! You can join a gym or use a gym in your apartments if you have one and go on the treadmill. I listen to music while I do it, which helps a LOT. Also, eat more and smaller meals during the day. For example, eat 6 small meals intead of 3 large ones. Try to avoid sugar, caffeine and things like that when possible. Everything helps. Good luck

If you enjoy swimming then try having a workout while swimming. You can also walk in the low water level area; this gives you least body pain which is common with advancing age.

Yes, swimming is a great option. It is so good for your joints, and the thing is, it's so fun that you won't even feel like you're working out. I find, exercising with a friend is a lot more helpful than doing it alone. It's great motivation!

Try aerobics sessions. It is fun because you meet a lot of people who also wants to be fit. Exchange ideas with them and have fun while doing it.

If you ever feel hungry between meals don't reach for food but grab yourself a glass of water instead. The intensity of your exercise programme really depends on how fit you are now. If you have not worked out in a while start with something short and simple. The perfect thing to do would be to start walking more and get your son/daughter out and about with you too. Steadily increase your walking pace and before you know it you could be going out for a run.

Drinking lots of water is a very good point, not only does your body stay healthy if you drink lots of water, and your skin shines more (makes you look younger ), but it also fills you and you don’t feel as hungry any more. It really helps, when ever you feel like a snack - drink a whole glass of water.
