Default Exercise Ball

I think those huge exercise balls are kinda neat, but I can't balance on them. My friend told me even just sitting there, watching TV while bouncing on them is supposed to help your balance, but I could barely do that haha. Guess I didn't spend enough time on it haha

I love my gym ball and I'm sitting on it now. I have a terrible posture and the gym ball helps me to sit up straighter and pulls in the stomache muscles.

To get a good balance you need to find your centre: Sit on the ball with both feet flat on the floor and spread apart, sit yourself upright and hold that position. A great ab exercise is to (in this position) bounce up and down as hard as you can and stop suddenly. You will feel your tummy muscles tighten as you try to control the stop...it's good fun too.

I really think I should get one. I'm not sure where I would put it though lol and knowing me, I wouldn't ever use it

I think that you should use the huge exercise balls with the soft mats. It will save you from traumas if you will decide to use balls for the training.

You should get one. It will help you keep your balance and is also a good exercise. Abdominal muscles tend to contract while keeping your balance on an exercise ball.

It looks easy but it's really hard to exercise with the gym ball. My fitness trainer tried using that as part of my exercise regime and I had a hard time with it!
