I have had a gym ball for some time now but I only use it as a chair to help my posture when I'm at the computer. Does anyone know any exercise I can do on the ball to help imporve my overall fitness? |

You can do crunches on it. I've heard it's good for you, because you can stretch out your back both forwards and backwards.

I have never used one ... I feel nervous thinking of doing exercise on a ball .... although the earth is a big ball |

Yep, same here - I can just see myself falling off that thing. Each time I see people excersicing with the ball, I can't help thinking about it, LOL. I am so poorly balanced.
