Default Gym Ball

I have had a gym ball for some time now but I only use it as a chair to help my posture when I'm at the computer.

Does anyone know any exercise I can do on the ball to help imporve my overall fitness?

You can do crunches on it. I've heard it's good for you, because you can stretch out your back both forwards and backwards.

I have never used one ...
I feel nervous thinking of doing exercise on a ball .... although the earth is a big ball

Haha good point. I'd be nervous to fall off the ball to be honest lol. I've also heard that sitting on one when you watch tv etc is a good work out. Also, you can bounce up and down on it

Yep, same here - I can just see myself falling off that thing. Each time I see people excersicing with the ball, I can't help thinking about it, LOL. I am so poorly balanced.

I can be. It's pretty hilarious. Sometimes I can't even walk straight so something like this is pretty scary
