Default Jogging vs Speed Walking

Do you like to jog or speed walk? For me, when I used to actually get off my lazy butt and go out haha, I would do a bit of both. I liked the speed walking more though. It's just a lot easier and then I don't get out of breath

I would rather speed walk. Jogging is fine, and you'll probably burn more calories that way, but I just don't want to do it. I think I would get tired too fast and just run out of energy.

You ever see those people who are literally running? I always feel like they're going too fast. If you don't pace yourself, you're just going to get exhausted and give up lol. At least that's how I am. The most I've ran without stopping was probably about 3 quarters of a mile. It was HARD and a few years ago. I don't think I could do that now. I don't even remember the last time I ran haha. Unless it was for a few moments chasing my dog or something like that. That's always fun. It doesn't seem like exercising at all

Speedwalking is kinda fun jogging for me is very tiring because at the end of the day after jogging I'll end up getting leg cramps. I remember during PE there's a "jogging" exercise but some of the people keep running so fast just to get the first place lol. It's like 3 laps in a volleyball court haha.

I prefer a fast paced walk over jogging. It is much easier to do when you are pushing a pram too as well as being a lower impact version of jogging.

The doctors thought I wasn't going to ever be able to walk normally or something like that, because one leg it longer than the other. Sometimes my knees and hips hurt pretty bad. Other than that, all is good

My husband prefers jogging, he says walking is boring to him, even if it is fast-paced. I am the opposite, I can't stand running. It wears me out too fast, too soon. Energetic walking is no worse, you still burn off calories but without getting all out of breath.

Jogging and running would surely make me give up too easily. I'll only run or jog if I have to cross the street, and there are a bunch of cars coming. For me, running is saved for special occasions.

Oh speaking of jogging for my hubby he always say that he's gonna go out early in the morning for some jogging but guess what he never did any jogging at all.
