I understand completely the benefits of using weights, but most people will not want to use them. It's very uncomfortable at first, and the soreness can last a long time as I experienced in my P.E. class.

The cool thing about weight training is that, sure you get sore, but you will begin to build up a tolerance over time and then it won't be so bad, I promise you that
