Lightbulb Type of exercises

Type of exercises
Aerobic exercise: Aerobic exercises also called ‘Cardiovascular’ exercises, improve the health of your heart and lungs. Examples include walking, running, jogging, aerobic dance, bicycling, rowing & swimming.

Weight-bearing exercise: Weight-bearing exercises work against the force of gravity. Weight-bearing exercise is important for building strong muscles & bones. Examples of weight-bearing exercises include walking, jogging, hiking, stairs, dancing and weight training.

Doing a mixture of both is the best thing you can do. I used to have a list of things I did each day, and you really do feel the results. It's funny how something so simple can put you in a better mood. Gotta love endorphins!!

There are so many kind of exercise,i usually do swimming and running.
Exercise increases circulation, tones up the muscles, reduces stress levels, and slows the aging process, fights toxins increases energy and so much more.
I think laughter is the best exercise then any.

then why are you only swimming and walking ?

There is a never discussion over Swimming V/S Running on the internet.

I personally prefer swimming because it is a whole body work out and it increases your appetite also.

Nice Hot chicken soup after an hour and half of swimming.. YUMMY....!!!!

You are absolutely right as to the types of the exercises and as to their using. But I'd like to add that the emotional component of the training is very important. The benefit of all exercises grows considerably if you do it in a positive mood.

weight problems:

Yes, a mixture of both exercise is great. It will keep your body fit and increases your stamina.
