As I read this, I feel all motivated and really want to start working out, but I know I won't do it. I just don't know how to keep myself interested. Maybe I should buy a treadmill because this is just getting ridiculous.. I should work out, because I'm going to end up a fat old lady lol

Start now or you may end up fat old lady. Start by using your treadmill if you don't like the outdoors. You can also try walking. If you use your car frequently, you can park at least 500 meters from your destination so you can walk the rest or start using the stairs instead of elevators.

Those are some really great ideas. Thanks. Ya, if my bf and I get an apartment with a workout area, I'm gunna really try hard to work out when he does. I'll get over the embarrassment of having people see me haha

I have been swimming for over 10years now on regular basis. I find that 1hr per day provides me with workout needed. I have never been above 55kg & luckily I'm 6ft tall. I definitely think that swimming is the reason for me being slim & in shape.

That's awesome that you've found something that works for you and that you've stayed motivated. I look up to you
