Default Different exercise for every day of the week

This method has proven to be more successful as it keeps the excitement alive and one actually looks for ward to exercising everyday. Different styles like aerobics, dancing, cardio, martial arts on different days would also help on concentrating on various body parts. Many gyms have begun to offer these services.

Very true, it's really important to keep on circulating your exercise menu as the stressed out muscles get sometime to relax.

I love working out and by using the method that beatrix_kiddo suggested of doing different forms of exercise everyday really works, and this is what keeps me going.

In UK is quite easy to go out and workout, because there are many leisue centres, hotels, and other other workout places, where they not only offer gym services, but others like step classes, aerobics, swimming, pilates and more.

Brilliant theory there! Just like in anything, there has to be variety in anything that we should do to avoid monotony and routine. That way too, we wont get the feeling of just doing anything because we have to but geting to doing that thing because we want to!

This is a great idea! I can see how it would work. Alot of time we get into a rut with our exercise..doing the same thing day after day. Switching things up would keep it fresh and fun.

I agree. I change up my exercise routine all the time. Otherwise I get bored and am more apt to stop.

We walk a lot and dance other days. Also do tae-bo tapes and hit the gym for swimming.

Variety is the best way to keep going. Be sure you are working all the areas that you need to work on though.

Really?

I didn't know that

I thought that walking always as a from of exercise is enough as an exercise.

I am very very lazy in doing exercise and all. If i started to do i will do for 1 hour otherwise i won't do. Whenever i do i won't do the same, i will change over it. I think doing the same is boring.

Getting bored is the reason I avoid exercise. Mixing it up might just do the trick.

Many people are lazy to do exercise daily. So doing different exercise is the good method to lead your regular exercise without getting bore.

I enjoy exercising but don't enjoy sweating...weird I know. I really like weight training, but I bulk up very fast (even though I lose inches, I gain pounds and I don't like that). I dislike cardio -- it is boring to me.
I found that if I do a series of "circuit training" type exercise I get better results and I'm less bored. I aim for 45-60 minutes a day 3-4 days a week.
I try to do cardio (eliptical, stair master, treadmill, bike) for 15 minutes, then switch and do weights. I select either core, arms or legs for the weight portion and do one series a day. I notice my stamina is increased, and I lose inches and pounds, rather than just pounds from doing cardio. The routine looks like this:
15 mins treadmill
3 sets of 15 reps bicep curls
15 mins eliptical
3 sets of 15 reps bench press
15 mins bike
3 sets of 15 reps butterfly

Well, for me, having a variety of exercise in a week is very much exciteting. What do you think? I could sometimes apply it to my self. I seldom do ballroom dancing with my husband, brisk walking with my friend, and doing some gardening in our backyard.

Yes, there are so many different types of exercises out there and even within each type, there are variations, that boredom cannot be used as an excuse for not exercising. Now laziness can :

Yeah we go for different exercise daily. Very simple exercise we can do it by own. But some exercise we should learn it from the professional.
