Default How to do exercises while being stressed?

There are a lot of recommendation about the exercises. But how to do exercises when you are in stress? Is it harmful to do the exercises when you are in the bad mood?

I think that sometimes exercise can be the best thing to lift a bad mood. It gets your blood pumping, and you have lots of energy. You might want to do something that's intense like running, swimming, riding your bike, etc. If you're in pain, that's when you shouldn't try to exercise.

Exercising is a great mood improver. I think stretch type exercise are good to start off with because often when people are stressed, their muscles will be tight. then I recommend doing an exercise you enjoy. Walking, biking, swimming, etc.

I don't think it is harmful, quite the opposite - getting physically active helps to let the steam out, so to speak, and to calm down. I have found that brisk walking, outside or on a treadmill, feels great when I'm mad - and helps, too. My emotions find a way out through movement.

Aside from the physical aspect of exercise, think of exercise as some time to yourself. Enjoy that. You have plenty of time to think, and that can help improve your mood if you think of something pleasant.

I think that the problem of exercise during the pain syndrome is that people are afraid of the pain in general. The modern man had turned into the slave of medicines. We use them when an opportunity presents itself . I think that we are too used to comfort.

Wink

They say coffee really increases energy level, so try to have a cup before starting the work out. Peanut butter and jelly will also help you regain energy. Do you have a good chair to relax on?
