Default Exercise while waiting

Government of Britain has taken an initiative to promote exercise while people are waiting for there bus. They are distributing leaflets which say that live healthy. While waiting for the bus and watching passing by traffic and people, you could do stretching legs, standing on one leg or even clenching the buttocks, these were the few exercises mentioned on the leaflets. Passengers are also being convinced that you won’t be alone your fellow passengers will also do the same. This campaigning was a part of project handled by Government’s Higher Education Funding Council for England. Some people feel that this is a good idea as they hardly get time for exercise and are suffering from some or the other disease.

That's a nice idea. I'm just so shy.. don't think I could randomly exercise in front of people. I am the type of person who can't go to the gym, because I don't want people to watch me lol

Another thing I saw that helps promote exercise:

I find it really interesting. People take the escalator, but when they can walk on piano steps and make music as they go, they take the stairs. I wish we had some here, I would find it really fun. Honestly, when I see stairs, I take them vs elevator/escalator all the time.

I think that's an amazing idea. Canadian government often comes up with different initiatives to promote healthy living as well. I think with the combined efforts, we are on our way to a fit society.

I cannot really see this cathing on in the Uk. People would think you were a bit loopy if you started doing squats at the bus stop.
