Default Exercise Can Be Fun

Everybody considers exercise as a punishment; at least the beginners. However, if you ask your friends you go to gym on daily basis, you will realize how enthusiastic they are for their exercise schedule. Although it is a convention that performing exercises is a boring task and just a necessity, yet the truth is something different. If you know how to enjoy your exercise then you will have fun during those 30 minutes of your day and of course, you will be blessed with a healthy body.

First of all, it is important that you add variety to your exercise schedule. Remember variety is the spice of life? Similar is the case when you are trying to be fit. There are many ways of keeping yourself fit. You can make use of different exercise for workout. For instance, you can play games such as volleyball, you can go swimming, you can play lawn tennis, and you can do skipping and so on. So, try to add some colors even to the exercises that you do.

Instead of going to gym daily, workout on alternate days and in between play some healthy outdoor games. Another thing that is simple to do to add fun to your exercise is music. Who does not love music? Take out your iPod and download some great motivating songs with lots of beats. Take it your gym and boost up yourself with your favorite music. You can also use iPod or music player while you are jogging in the park. This way you will be motivated to get out of your bed and workout.

Lastly, you can look for a friend for a company. Friends are always morale boosters and they can also act as competition. This will also give you time to spend with your buddies. They will make your exercise regime more pleasurable and most probably you will be looking forward to the 30 minutes of your morning when you go to bed.

Alot of people have this misconception and take exercise as punishment, but clear your mind of this and like Sharan said make it fun, that way you wont find it as a punishment and will enjoy it.

Try getting an exercise buddy with you to make it more fun or even play your favourite sport which is also a form of exercise!

one very interestin fact about excercising especially for women is that it helps take out toxins from the body through sweat which prevents the skin from various diseases like acne etc.

when you start exercising on a regular basis, you will notice how your skin will begin to glow, like Jessika said it will help get rid of skin problems and also give you a good feeling from the inside!

And Faaria an exercise buddy defiantly helps a lot, you get company and also get motivated to exercise and it becomes much more fun to do!

Positive attitude too would do wonders to your exercise routines. And if youre doing it for somebody you care, girl, that would surely move mountains for you.

Listening to music as you exercise can add some fun to it, especially if you are doing something like walking on a treadmill. Good lively music will make you feel almost like you are dancing.

When you exercise your brain also releases endorphins, a chemical which makes you feel happy. It is the same chemical which is produced when we eat chocolate - so isn't it better to get it from exercise.

Exercising also boosts self esteem and creates a feeling of wellbeing. If you don't have the time to go to the gym, there are many ways in which to build smaller activities into your regular routine and once you get used to exercising you will find that you want to make time for it.

I dont consider exercise as punishment instead i am inspire to do exercise because i want to be physically fit.

Exercise not only keeps you fit and it can also refresh yourself . Many people are lazy to do exercise but it really more fun if you like. So make it fun.

If you do it as a fun then only you will have regular thought to do it. Otherwise you feel lazy to practice daily, you put leave for some days.
