Does anyone have a good suggestion for a baby and mom exercise program? My daughter in law would like to start exercising in a program where the baby is involved.

There is a cute little website that your daughter in law may be interested in - you can perhaps visit it beforehand and see if she'd like it. Here is the link: http://www.fun-baby-games-online.com/exercises-for-mom-and-baby.html PS: Sorry Antkmom, the links are disabled but it'll still work if you copy and paste it on your browser's address bar. |

That sounds good. I just usually pick up my little one and start dancing around the room with her randomly as opposed to a structured routine.

I'm sure there are some classes for that at your local recreation center. I think stretching can be a good way for you and the baby to bond, and you can set your child up for a life of fitness.
