I should admit that I'm a busy person and it's sometimes very hard for me to find the time for the exercising. But I think that I had found the perfect way to exercise my body. I had started to use bicycle for the trips to my job. I'm understanding that it's not the new method but it was turned out very effective one.

Aside from it is good for the legs and feet, Bicycling is good work out also for the cardiorespiratory.

Indeed, bicycling is a very effective exercise to keep our body in shape. In my previous job, our company would provide us with bicycles we could borrow during lunch time and most of us would go for half hour rides. It was nice coming back to work after having a nice bike ride.

I love bicycling as well! I currently don't have a bike, but I keep thinking about getting one, it is so much fun plus good exercise. Perhaps I should stop "thinking about it" and go to the store to buy one! |

I loved bicycling to and from class in college. It was so much better than walking. I started noticing results very quickly. It's been a while since I've rode my bike now that I've graduated, and I really miss it.

| My bf and I have talked about getting bikes many times. Cars are expensive! I would honestly be fine going on long bike rides to go to the store and things like that. My dad has a car (which is in my name as well, but I don't have a license yet), but I'd rather have one that is all mine eventually.
