Women always complain of some kind of ache in their body. They are busy taking care of their career and family issues and in between they lose track of their own health. Have you ever thought that your body also needs your attention? Have you ever realized that a woman’s body needs better nutrients and exercise, as compared to a male body? This is so because of many medical reasons. So, it is very essential for you to create a strict exercise regime to stay fit. First of all, you should chalk out your daily schedule on a paper. Writing down things on paper will make you realize that you can actually take out time for exercise. Try to incorporate the exercise routine in your daily things to do. And if you do not find any place (which will not be the case) then make space for it, by removing something unimportant. You can start with 15 minutes a day and gradually make it 30 minutes and even more than that. Once you start exercising, you will start feeling the difference in the way your body works. You can also consider joining a nice nearby gym. Always remember that it is very necessary that the gym is close to your home, otherwise you will waste your precious time reaching there. Joining a gym itself gives you a strict exercise routine, which you have to follow in any case. You are more likely to work at a gym because you will never wish to waste the hard-earned money. Will you? Thus, no matter how hectic your daily schedule is, you need to take out time for your exercise routine. Keep in mind that if you do not take care of your own body then sooner or later, you will not be able to take care of anything else in this world. You are here because of your body and that is the most important thing to pay attention to. |

Of course you need to be strict on yourself regarding exercise, and if your someone who doesn't like doing exercise, then try finding something which you like, involve your family and friends. You really need to push your self to exercise, and if you are someone who doesn't like it and hasn't done exercise then it may be difficult to start, but it will get easy. For the first few days/weeks you will have to force your self to do exercise, and this doesn't mean an hour long! You can slowly build your stamina up, and say start with 15mins, then add 10mins on each week or so, this will be easy for you and you wont feel the strain. Once you get to an hour or whatever your required time for exercise is, you will easily get into the exercise routine and eventually when you wont do exercise any day you will feel that you have missed out, and try making up for it. Within a few days time (depending on the time you spend exercising) you will notice a difference in your health, you will be more healthier, feel energetic and happier |

This is called "Discipline," and unfortunately I see more and more people that have no clue what this word means. They only do stuff that they feel like doing, and when something is a little hard, they won't stick to it. And then complain that they are out of shape. Well, you know what? Complaining does not count as exercise and won't make you thin. |

It would be best if you have to do some form of exercise that you find most enjoyable for you. That way you wont find it difficult to find ways just to do it.

You know this is so true on many women. One thing that could help us make time even for a short exercise is to divide some of our work that could be divided. Most of the times we're busy and we tend to forget that we don't really need to do each and everything specially in our house. |

Women body is the difficult one, because always i have some pain in my body. If i go for consulting a doctor they are complaining any kind of deficiency. I decided better to go for regular exercise to keep my body fit and healthy. Now my problems are reduced.

Yes women must pay attention to their body. No doubt that women are more delicate in comparison of men. women have also complicated body structure rather than men. But in today's hectic life we forget to pay attention to our body. Discipline is called tough love to yourself. Women must be little tough to themselves in this regard. Overall it's a matter of our beauty & health.
