Default Work Out

Make it a routine to exercise at least 40 minutes to an hour a day for at least three times in a week. Always start with exercises that you feel will benefit you. Identify your areas or parts of the body that need to get in shape. You can start with walking. Try getting in to activities like swimming, dancing, aerobics or jogging. Make them your hobbies. Be regular with them if you really want the results. Have a diet that is full of vitamins and proteins that will supply enough energy to your body for work outs. Take the help of a trainer to guide the right exercises to you.

I had a really hard time just forcing myself to exercise until I made my life where I couldn't do something without exercising in the process. I go to the library several times per week, and I walk to and from the library. I know that I still need to exercise more, but it's a great start.

I think that your advices are perfect. The best way to keep up your level of the body health on the normal level is to exercise constantly and to turn the exercises into the hobby. I can only add to your statements that you should cultivate the cheerful moods during the exercises.

That's some great advice Rizwana. It's very hard for me to force myself; but I know, like with anything, once I started, I'd be able to stick to it. The hardest part of working out is the beginning, then it starts to flow

Great info for a healthy living. Another thing, plenty of water and enough sleep will do also a big part in making a healthy body and mind.

I need to fit more exercise into my routine. I just got myself a new gym ball and am hoping to find some good workouts online.

Does anyone know where I can find any?
