Default Time to Exercise

How do find the time to exercise?

When in a busy schedule, working shifts is difficult to have fixed timings for exercise.

Not just to those who work shift, but those who a have busy lifestyles, how to get time to exercise?

For me, walking is the easiest way to exercise. I haven't been doing it lately (oopsie), but I think setting a time each day to leave for your walk is the best way to keep up with it.

Lunch hours are a great time to fit in at least a part of your exercise routine. If the goal is to keep a regular exercise schedule, it is also possible to set different times during the week for this routine depending on that week's shift. I always believed that when you really want something, you can make room for it regardless of how busy you are.

When I can't stick to my regular routine for some reason, I just tell myself that I need to do at least 15 minutes a day. That way, I know I at least to the minimum instead of skipping it alltogether. Having a set time for working out is the best though.
