| I was curious why all of you work out. I am finding that a lot of people tend to work out for the wrong reasons. Either they want to impress another person or they think it's the 'cool' thing to do. If I did work out (hahaha), I would do it because I want to feel better and lead a healthier life, not because I want to look good for other people. Gosh, I really need to start working out more

Starting this sunday, I'm going to start exercising. I want to do it so I'll have a nice body. I hope I'll be able to push through with it. |

I work out to feel better about myself, and also to attract the opposite sex. I'm in a committed relationship, but still like to look good for him.

I simply do it for myself as I like feeling good about my body. I don't really need to impress anyone but it's still nice to fit well into one's clothes and exercising always helps achieving that goal.

| When I do exercise (mostly walking for me), I just feel a lot better. I notice, I'm not as tired when I go for walks daily. Plus, once I get started and if I have someone to talk with me, the walk could be endless and I wouldn't even notice

I think a good question to ask would be this: "If you lived alone on an island with no other people looking at you, would you still exercise and stay fit or would you let yourself go?" I know I would still try to stay fit! I'm not doing it to impress people, I am doing it for me. |

i'm doing exercise or physical activity to increase my fitness level. It will keep myself healthy and good looking. We all know that getting sick it will cost lots of our earning. So why not start doing exercise or physical activity that it will not cost so expensive?

Exercise is good for health and fitness. I do exercise regularly for my fitness and better body shape.Walking,running and cycling are the best exercises and i really like to do these exercises.
