Default Exercise Routines

Whats your exercise routine? What do you follow everyday, and what does your routine consist of?

My daily exercise routine is basically going to the gym, where I have a set routine of using the exercise machines.

I first warm up on the treadmill and then start light jogging which lasts for about half an hour. I then go onto the bike and cycle for 20mins and then go on the cross trainer for 20mins. My works end with doing some light weight exercises on the legs and arms.

When I come home I also do about 30 sit ups! Well try to as much as I can...

I try to work out 6-7 times a week... however I'm satisfied if I get 5 in .
I do a fitness class everyday at lunch for 45 minutes... then I go back to the gym after work and do about 2 more hours- a mix of cardio and weights, and a couple of times a week resistance. Because I get resistance during the fitness classes, I don't always do it on my own.
I also take a yoga class twice a week.... always Friday after work.. it's a great way to destress at the end of the work week.

I do some stretches first to get my body warmed up. Then I do some movements of Tai Chi. After that it's a medley of Callanetics and Pilates, then some weights, especially for the arms, then I'm done. If it's a nice day, I may go swimming after.

great! does it work for you then? coz in my case i don't follow any routines now ..just too busy with other things...if i got some spare time i usually do some walking in the subdivision..and mostly after dinner..

I do exercise at home 4 days in a week. It includes 10 minutes warm up followed by some body stretch exercises. It also includes some asanas. I do it for 35-40 minutes. After completing it I lie down in Shav-Asan for 10 minutes. I also do 30 minutes meditation in a day. I wish if i could get more time to do all this. But don't get much time.
