Default Family exercise

OK--- I need some help. I want to get my family more active. Right now it's pretty warm out so we can't so anything very physical outside. Swimming, nice walks, etc are fine.

We would like to get into better shape and we want to start now.

What kinds of exercises can we do together? I have a 12 year old daughter.

You can go for simple hand, leg and body exercise. Women cannot go for hard exercise as their muscles will turn hard. Walking is the best exercise which i do regularly.

How about some outdoor games, like tennis, badminton, and so on.

Why not have a family dance exercise at home? Well, this is really fun. This is what our family is doing before. Kids really enjoyed the fun. If you want to have more bonding swimming or other outdoor works.

Make it fun. Each family member pick a favorite song and some cool dance moves to go along with it. Then go through each song and complete the chosen moves. Try for enough songs to fill at least 20-30 minutes.

It's nice to see family that exercise together. I would suggest running. It would be good for everybody. Does your family like extreme sports? I think you should try mountain climbing then.

I that is that it is really important to instill great habits in our childrens lives . Because in the long run it will help them . They may think that you are crazy for the activities but later on they will thank you

I go for brisk walks for an hour with my daughters. They love being outdoors and when we are all together, we have a blast walking. You can also go for a nice bike ride or go to the pool. As long as you are on the move and having fun, I don't think it matters what you do.

i would have to agree with you , it is not what you do it is as long as you are having fun with your family while you are working out there are a lot of people that I know that are more parents that have never took the time to really work out and now there are paing for it . '

I'm soooo glad you asked this. I recently played Wii for the first time. I think it's the perfect way to get you and your loved ones to exercise. My fav is Wii Fit Tennis and baseball. I wasn't insanely good at it, but it's so fun and you'll find yourself getting really into it
