Once reaching desired weight , always keep an eye on you weight. Organize your day & keep your self busy. Few ideas I was advised were: -fast completely one day in a week. -Fixing 1 day in week to only take liquids. -One day for fruits & raw vegetables -Or miss one major meal. Office goers have glass of juice or a sandwich rahter than regular lunch. -Once a week have just boiled meal of chicken or eggs. When no fat is eaten, body fat is churned to convert the protein into blood. hence more protein you eat, the slimmer you get. |

People need to learn to eat healthy and exercise regularly. We don't need to eat only salads and vegetables everyday, but we need to include them on our diet. I try to eat greens and some protein regularly but whenever I feel like having burgers and fries, I do not forbid myself from it.

It's not a good idea to skip meals to lose weight or to only drink, because your body needs a regular flow of food. Try eating smaller meals. Instead of eating three meals a day, try 6 small ones

To stay slim, you have to exercise regularly to burn all extra calories in your body. You also have to eat in moderation. Drinking water instead of sodas or juice heavy in sugar can also help.

Thanks dear for providing such a wonderful information to stay slim, I am agree with you calories are responsible for being bulky. so avoid extra calories and set a routine of the workout to burn the existing calories.

Hi rashmi, I agree and I know many people around me who stop exercising or following diet plan after hitting their goals of reducing weight. We must be regular to exercise and eat balanced diet to maintain our weight.

Totally agree with your statement about Health is Wealth. I think the word slim makes everyone thing you have to be thin, but thats not important, well to some extent it is, but as the statement mentioned goes you should be healthy and within your weight range. |

Green tea and herbal tea both are beneficial for human health . It good impact on human health . Both are mostly use for weight loss and other purpose . I like it and use for weight loss . This is is easy and cheap way of weight loss . This way have no side effect on our body because they are natural . |
