Have you heard that expression that men aren't fat, but women are? How do you feel about that? I don't think that it's fair for women to be judged if they aren't the "ideal" weight. A man, no matter his weight, is just seen as a man.

That's true that's why my hubby doesn't care if his belly is big because that's just a part of being a man?!!! O.O Because he's a man he don't need to stay in shape but to women it's really a big deal if you have a coke in can shape isn't it. I hate how boys think sometimes.

I think this attitude is more prevalent among women than men.
I think more women worry about their weight even when there
is no weight problem.

That may be true, but there are a lot of men who won't date a "fat" chick. I think there's more lonely overweight women than there are lonely overweight men. Women are heavily judged by their weight. If it wasn't a health hazard, I'd seriously let myself go.

I don't know about that, there are all kinds of talks, jokes, and remarks about men's fat tommies, so they'd better watch out! I don't think any woman finds a fat belly attractive. Maybe we are just more accepting though.

I think that makes a lot of sense. Sure, looks are important to everyone, but I think for the most part, women don't seem to care about looks as much as men. I think the older we get, the more we realize we want someone for who they are and not so much for what they look like. I must say though, I've also met men who don't care much about looks either, so it really can go both ways
