Default Weight during period

I have been told that when a woman gets her period it affects her weight. I want to know your thoughts about this, is this going to really affect my weight?

I'm not sure if it affect weight, but I noticed that I do eat more when on my period as well as before it starts. Also, I feel very bloated for a while. After my period starts, I feel like I go back to normal though, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about

I never noticed any weight changes, either losing or gaining. It all depends on how I eat and how much I move. Having a period does not affect it at all.

The weight doesn't fluctuate during the period; however, you might get a feeling of being bloated and/or retain more water than usual. You don't gain weight from having your period, unless you adopt new eating habits that involves constant food consumption of course.

My weight does change before and during my period.

This month thee was a gain of three pounds, and this is about the same all year round. I loose it again after about the fourth day, so I don't worry about it too much.

I've always felt that it could be the other way around. I feel like if I've gained weight, my period will last longer, but if I've lost weight, my period will be shorter. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but this is just what it feels like.

I should admit that it occurs to the big amount of the women. I'm feeling personally an extreme hunger in a period of 3 or 4 days before my menstruation. But I'm losing some weight after the end of my period.
