What is the best way for you to get yourself going to exercise? Me I think of how much better I will feel after. And the more I do it the better i feel. If I keep it up, it will get easier and easier.

what motivates me would be the health benefits. i just think of the long term benefits it will do to my body and my health, and it's enough motivation. and, i also think of the nice clothes that i get to wear! shopping is good motivation too! |

In my opinion, no one could motivate you to exercise except yourself. Do you want to live a healthy life with your loved ones? If you do then, have an active lifestyle. Be healthy and influence others. |

Oh what motivates me into slimming up? Well it's those sexy outfits I see at the mall. Everytime I see those clothes I swear I would wear them with the shape where it should be fitted. |

I don't know what motivates me when I exercise. I do that whenever I feel like doing it. It could be that I just want to have a healthy body so I would be able to enjoy many things. Do you exercise in the gym or in the park?

I think most of the people aim for a body with perfect shape. I think it was my motivation before but now, I exercise because I simply want to be healthy. For me, to be slim and to be healthy are two different things. Would you agree?

I actually feel so much more energetic after a good workout. Sometimes I don't feel like it but if I think how great I feel afterwards I'm more motivated to start.

| I agree with you on all of what you said. Its funny though how I know ill feel better if I exercise, yet I won't because I don't feel good. I'm motivated by exercising with others and also doing something I enjoy..like swimming or playing wii

Looking young and good motivates me. As it is said that a healthy mind exist in healthy body. This also motivates me. The feeling after doing exercise is really great. The circulation of blood throughout the body gives me a good looking skin. Fresh mind. Also being a girl I keep my tummy fit so i can wear clothes of my choice.

| Hey dear member, their is nothing kind of motivation in my daily routine exercise because I only keep my health in my mind. And there's only the priority of my fitness in my mind to go to the exercise.........

Hi dboo, When I joined gym and started reducing weight I set small goal. Reaching those goals motivated me and I set higher goals after reaching small goal. Keeping fit in old jeans also motivates me
