Who do you think are the meanest celebs?
I personally can't stand Spencer Pratt. I don't think he cares about Heidi Montag at all, and I don't know why she's married to him. He has said some pretty crazy things. I wish he wasn't famous. They did nothing to get famous lol, so why do they think they are, honestly?!
