I just finished watching an episode of "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" on the Discovery Health Channel. It's amazing to me that there are women who wouldn't know they are pregnant or wouldn't suspect they are pregnant. They don't find out until they are actually experiencing labor. What do you think? Have you ever had a surprise pregnancy?

How can you not know you are pregnant until labor pains, i find it quite impossible, i mean there are so many feelings, symptoms you go through and plus the big belly, how can that go unnoticed, unless the women doesn't have a big belly and therefore it would be difficult to know your pregnant.

When a women gets pregnant a lot more changes occurs physically. This would be really amazing how couldn't know to a women. Very simple symptom is not getting menstrual cycle, how a women didn't notice that?
